I loved all my teachers this year, but I'd have to show the most thanks to Ms. Kalinowski and Ms. Deal. These two lovely ladies made online school both extremely fun and insightful. At the beginning of the year, I was very worried that it would be much harder to retain and actually learn what I needed to learn through a screen. However, Ms. Kalinowski and Ms. Deal did a wonderful job of presenting the material in a way that made it interesting and valuable.
I recognize Ms. Deal and Ms. Kalinowski for not rushing students and allowing them time to work and ask any questions.
I shout out Ms. Kalinowski and Ms. Deal! They have made the assignments and lessons much more fun by adding their own twists to them!
I thank Mrs. Kindig for always being able to help me when I need it, and I thank Mrs. Kalinowski for being a fun teacher.
I want to thank Mr. Eckert firstly for the patience he has with his students and for teaching me almost everything. Before coming to HCCA, I struggled in math and couldn't comprehend the fast pace, but as soon as I came here, everything clicked, and now I truly excel and even enjoy math. Not only that, but he takes the time to help students individually, which is not something most would do. Another teacher I would like to thank deeply is Ms. Kalinowski. She has helped me read better, overcome my fear of public speaking, and has made each and every class fun, entertaining, and easy to focus on. I have learned so much from her and enjoyed every class, and for that, I am thankful. Mrs. Deal also deserves a round of applause for the professionalism she displays. Back in around December-January, I had a very serious issue with another student, and she handled it very privately while making me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Lastly, I would like to thank Mr. Jones and Ms. Crist (my GSA teacher) for their bubbly and kind personalities, making each and every session a safe, comfortable, and fun place to be. This school year has been amazing due to all the staff members here, but those teachers have stood out the most to me and really made my online school experience memorable, so I thank them sincerely from the bottom of my heart.
